Official Minsk is going to have problems with gaining export duties on oil products and reaching an agreement on terms of oil supply for the next four years with Russian Federation, unless some major concession is made on its behalf.
The world conjuncture of oil prices and products does not allow Belarus to contribute to the budget with the help of its oil refineries at the same pace as it did before.
